Program : 

To develop the central Street Village by installations, giving again its character of a central pole with public vocation.

To optimize the communal properties by the construction of buildings whose assignment is mainly housing, supplemented by communal and commercial buildings.

Project :

We propose to establish all the buildings in the limit of the future place to be created in order to obtain a major public space “intra muros” like a frame, enabling social activities.
